What is Reelm?+
Reelm is the world's first dedicated streaming platform for AI-generated short series and films. Think Netflix — but built specifically for content made with AI tools like Runway, Pika, and Kling. Viewers get a curated library of episodic AI storytelling. Creators get a platform built entirely around what they make.
Do viewers pay per creator or per series?+
Neither. Viewers pay one subscription to Reelm — £7.99/month — and get access to everything on the platform. No separate subscriptions, no individual creator payments. One price, the full catalogue. Like Netflix or Spotify, not Patreon.
How do creators get paid?+
Reelm pools all viewer subscription revenue each week and distributes 70% to creators, proportional to verified viewing completions. A creator whose series gets watched more earns more. Payouts are processed every Wednesday directly to the creator's bank account via Stripe Connect.
What is the Founding Creator Programme?+
The first 20 creators on Reelm get terms that will never be offered again: 70% revenue share locked for life, lifetime Pro access at no cost, a permanent Founding Creator badge, homepage placement at launch, and a direct line to the founder. 7 places have been claimed. 13 remain.
Do I need to make my content exclusively for Reelm?+
No. Reelm is non-exclusive. You can publish your series on YouTube, your own website, or anywhere else simultaneously. We don't require exclusivity and we never will.
What counts as AI-generated content?+
Content where AI tools are the primary production method for visuals, voice, or animation. You don't need to be 100% AI-generated — human direction, editing, and scripting are part of the craft. What matters is that the content is primarily AI-generated and structured as a series or short film.
When does the platform launch?+
Private beta launches Q3 2026 with founding creators and 500 personally invited viewers. Public launch is Q4 2026. Creator monetisation goes live at public launch. Right now we are onboarding the founding 20 creators whose content will be ready for day one.
Who is Reelm for — as a viewer?+
Anyone who wants to watch what AI storytelling actually looks like when it's done properly. You don't need to know how the content was made to enjoy it. Reelm is for people who want great stories — and who want to be at the front of a format that hasn't found its home anywhere else yet.
Is Reelm free to watch?+
There is a free trial available. Reelm Premium (£7.99/month) gives full access to the entire library, ad-free, with early access to new series. Cancel any time — no contracts, no commitments.

Creator terms

Founding creators: your 70% revenue share is locked in for the lifetime of your account.

Payments & payouts

Content standards

Prohibited: content sexualising minors, promoting violence or terrorism, hate speech, non-consensual deepfakes, IP infringement. AI-generated content is welcome and held to the same standards.

Intellectual property

The Reelm name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Reelm Ltd. Creator content remains the creator's property — uploading to Reelm grants us a licence to stream it to subscribers, nothing more.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing lord@reelm.co.uk. Reelm may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will always attempt to give notice and an opportunity to resolve minor violations before termination.

Limitation of liability

Reelm is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Reelm Ltd excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Reelm in that period. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
